This full-time, on-site position is for a junior-level IT Support Officer based in Australia. The role suits someone who is comfortable with technology, enjoys solving technical problems, and wants to grow a career in IT while supporting dependable day-to-day operations.
Key Duties
- Deliver first-level assistance for hardware, software, and business application issues.
- Handle incoming support requests and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.

- Help with connectivity, email, VPN, printer, and system access issues.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and basic security settings.
