Role overview

CubePeaks Technology is seeking an IT Support Specialist to keep its technology environment running reliably and efficiently. This position involves delivering technical help to customers, resolving both hardware and software problems, and supporting the organization’s client IT systems. It is a practical, hands-on role suited to someone with strong technical capability, a service-focused mindset, and the flexibility to work with changing technology tools.

Key responsibilities

  • Set up and configure Microsoft Office 365 environments.
  • Handle administration and management of Microsoft Office 365 at an advanced level.
  • Manage and design SharePoint environments.
  • Work with servers, backup systems, and storage solutions at an advanced level.
  • Support firewall and network switch administration.
  • Provide advanced support for Windows client operating systems, PCs, and laptops.
  • Configure and maintain IP PABX systems.
  • Support and manage video conferencing equipment.
  • Maintain wireless networks, routers, and related office software.
  • Deliver user support across desktop, laptop, printer, PABX, and wireless router issues.
  • Assist with server administration and backup management.

Additional role expectations

The role calls for strong troubleshooting ability across end-user devices and infrastructure, along with practical experience supporting office productivity tools and communication systems. Clear customer support skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies are essential.
