Compensation
Hourly pay starts at $14.00 and can go up to $20.13 per hour.
Benefits
Eligible team members may receive weekly pay, a 15-cent fuel discount, free daily meals, low-cost health coverage at $10 for full-time employees, paid time off, and family leave.
Responsibilities
- Keep the store and surrounding areas clean and presentable.
- Clean showers and restroom areas to maintain a high standard of hygiene.
- Wash, sort, load, and unload shower towels.
- Carry out basic store maintenance and minor repair tasks as needed.
- Collect and dispose of trash throughout the travel center.
- Deliver strong guest service by helping maintain well-kept facilities.
Requirements
- Self-driven and motivated to get tasks done without constant direction.
- Comfortable working collaboratively as part of a team.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and spend most of the day walking or standing.
- Willing to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Helpful to have familiarity with industrial equipment and the ability to handle minor fixes.
