Job description

Role Overview

GOLDBERG Entertainment Group AG is looking for a Junior Booker to support artist booking and live-entertainment event planning in Cologne. The role focuses on relationship management with artists and their representatives, supporting senior bookers in contract-related tasks, coordinating across teams, and helping shape tours, galas, and other events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with artists and their management.
  • Assist senior bookers with negotiations and preparation of agreements.
  • Research, compile, and organize information needed for artist bookings and events.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal departments as well as external partners.
  • Monitor market trends and developments in the live-entertainment sector.
  • Suggest new artists and programme ideas that fit upcoming events.
  • Support the planning and execution of tours, galas, and other live events.
  • Help ensure smooth operations in close collaboration with senior bookers and the event team.

Profile Required

The ideal candidate has completed a degree or vocational training in event management, cultural management, media business, or a similar field. Initial exposure to booking, event management, or live entertainment is an advantage. Strong interest in the live-entertainment industry and a good sense for emerging trends are important, along with confident communication skills, a professional presence, strong organisational ability, team spirit, and the ability to manage several tasks at once. Good command of MS Office and willingness to learn new tools are expected, as well as very good German and English skills.
