Role overview
The Junior Brand Coordinator plays a key part in delivering brand and marketing outputs across the business. Working closely with the Senior Brand Executive and the Marketing Coordinator, this role helps keep visual standards consistent, assets accurate, and day-to-day brand delivery running smoothly.
This is an entry-level hybrid position suited to someone with a design foundation and a genuine interest in marketing, content, and analytics. The role centres on organised execution, reliable support, and helping improve how the brand is represented across the studio.
Brand and visual systems
- Help implement brand templates and working files under the direction of the Senior Brand Executive.
- Support brand rollout across tools and platforms such as Google Workspace, Adobe, Webflow, and Flodesk.
- Check that internal and external materials remain visually consistent and accurate.
- Keep shared brand folders and asset libraries organised and up to date.
- Assist with small ongoing updates to brand touchpoints across the business.
Marketing and channel support
- Assist the Marketing Coordinator with preparing assets for social media, the website, and email.
- Help build, organise, and manage content for marketing channels.
- Support consistency in tone and visual presentation across platforms.
- Provide general assistance for campaigns, content, and wider marketing activities.
Digital and studio support
- Support updates to digital brand assets such as signatures, templates, and case study imagery.
- Assist with file handling, formatting, and preparation of brand materials for business-wide use.
- Help ensure assets are ready for studio-wide distribution and use.
Content capture and editing
- Assist in capturing and organising visual content for brand and marketing purposes.
- Support editing and formatting of content.
- Help maintain the internal content and asset library.
Analytics and social media support
- Help gather, organise, and track marketing and brand performance data.
- Support reporting, analytics, and administrative tasks for the brand and marketing team.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related discipline is required. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using Google Workspace and Adobe Creative Suite, show strong attention to detail, and bring an interest in branding, marketing, and content creation. A willingness to learn and contribute in a collaborative studio setting is important.
