Role overview
This opening is for a Junior Brand Designer in the United States, supporting a partner company that handles the recruitment process and all subsequent steps. The role suits someone who is highly detail-focused, comfortable working at speed, and eager to turn campaign ideas into polished visual content across digital channels.
You’ll help produce creative assets for email, social media, paid advertising, web pages, blog content, and partner-facing materials. In a remote-first, collaborative setting, you will work with marketing and design stakeholders to keep the brand look consistent, organized, and effective across multiple touchpoints. This is a good fit for a designer who enjoys structured production work, steady execution, and delivering large volumes of high-quality creative output.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver marketing visuals for email campaigns, social platforms, paid media, landing pages, blogs, and partner assets.
- Create, refine, and maintain reusable templates and asset systems that make campaign production more efficient.
- Apply brand rules consistently across different formats and digital placements.
- Partner with marketing leads and other teams to convert campaign needs into clear, effective design solutions.
- Handle several design assignments at once while keeping pace with deadlines in a busy environment.
- Keep design files well structured so the team can quickly find and reuse assets.
- Keep up with current design practices, tools, and trends to strengthen creative quality over time.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in brand design, marketing design, or visual design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Art, or a closely related discipline.
- A portfolio that shows digital marketing work such as email creatives, social graphics, and campaign assets.
- Strong hands-on ability with Figma and practical experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Good grasp of typography, layout, and color use for digital work.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver on tight timelines.
- Clear communication and collaboration skills, especially in a remote working setup.
- Interest in new creative tools and AI-supported design processes.
- Preferred: familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo, or basic HTML/CSS.
- Preferred: exposure to motion graphics, animation, or simple video editing.
Perks and benefits
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage fully paid for employees.
- Annual allowance for professional development.
- Reduced access to platform services.
- Support for a home office setup, including equipment and stipends.
- Monthly reimbursement for internet and phone expenses.
- Flexible remote-first working arrangement.
- Flexible time off plus company-wide wellness Fridays.
- Access to coworking memberships when needed.
- Regular offsites and team-building activities.
- Salary range of $70,000 to $80,000, depending on experience.
