Junior Designer

Role overview

Red Flag Alert is a fast-growing SaaS business focused on risk and compliance, and we’re looking for a creative Junior Designer who pays close attention to detail. This is a strong opportunity to join at an exciting stage, as the company is refreshing its messaging, updating its visual direction, and pushing forward with ambitious product plans this year.

In this position, you will report to the Head of Design and collaborate with teams across the organisation to transform ideas into clear, effective visuals for digital and print use. You’ll contribute to campaign assets, social content, sales presentations, events, product materials, and website visuals, while helping maintain a consistent brand look and feel. The role is designed for someone who wants to learn quickly and start contributing to live work from the outset.

What you’ll do

• Bring strategic and creative thinking to the table, question familiar approaches, and propose fresh ideas while keeping business goals in view.
• Support the wider team in building presentations for key audiences, making content engaging, easy to follow, and persuasive for prospects.
• Review and refine presentation outcomes based on feedback, then iterate to improve clarity and impact.
• Maintain strong design standards with a sharp eye for detail and solid understanding of typography and layout.
• Work with the team to stay on top of deliverables, dependencies, and deadlines across multiple projects.

• Interest in UI and UX design.

Rather than depending only on traditional, slow credit reports, the platform provides early indicators of whether a customer or supplier appears stable, risky, or likely to grow.
