Role Overview

PGAL is looking for a Junior Designer with 1 to 3 years of experience who can contribute in a supportive, mentoring environment and thrive in a fast-moving studio.

Responsibilities

  • Apply strong design and graphic abilities while working in a high-paced setting across several projects at different phases, independently and as part of a team.
  • Take part in the full project lifecycle, including design documentation, construction administration, project coordination, and client interaction.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in architecture or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution is required.
  • LEED accreditation would be an advantage.
  • Working proficiency in Revit and SketchUp, along with solid design capability, is expected.
  • Experience with additional graphic software is beneficial.
  • Comfort working on multiple assignments in a dynamic environment, both solo and with a project team, is important.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
