We are searching for a Junior Software Developer who is inquisitive, driven, and eager to advance their skills within a collaborative technical setting. • Participate in the design, development, testing, and ongoing support of client solutions, working closely with senior developers and project teams.
• Engage in an Agile development workflow, adhering to team protocols, coding standards, and best practices for delivery.
• Deconstruct complex problems into manageable tasks and seek direction for prioritization and task progression.
• Generate and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed client solutions.
• Create and update technical support documentation for both internal teams and client-facing materials.
• Assist in testing and quality assurance processes by reviewing functionality, reporting defects, and verifying resolutions.
• Develop software components and solutions using Microsoft technologies, particularly the Power Platform, with guidance from senior team members.
• Proactively communicate any questions, obstacles, risks, or potential delays to ensure successful project delivery.

• Completion of a post-secondary program in Computer Science, Software Development, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Possession of approximately 0–2 years of software development experience, which can include internships, co-op placements, academic projects, personal projects, or prior professional roles.
• Demonstrated foundational proficiency in at least one programming language, such as C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or a comparable language.
• Basic understanding of version control systems like Git.
• A keen interest in Microsoft cloud technologies, including Power Platform, Azure, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint.
• Capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with a willingness to ask questions and openly share progress.

• Prior exposure to Agile development methodologies through work, academic pursuits, or project involvement.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or Power Platform.
• Experience with C#, PowerShell, Bash, APIs, databases, or web development frameworks.
• Previous experience in client-facing roles, consulting, or collaborative software development projects.
