Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Manager to join our vibrant team in Bengaluru. This role is pivotal in overseeing daily operations, spearheading business expansion, and ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with robust leadership capabilities and a demonstrated history of success in business management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 20 to 30 individuals, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Develop strategic plans, forecasts, and execute client retention goals on a fortnightly and monthly basis for the assigned client portfolio.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients to foster enduring engagement.
  • Recruit, train, and retain team members by creating development plans and addressing their specific training requirements.
  • Facilitate prompt and effective resolution of client concerns to uphold satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide support to the field sales team in achieving revenue and retention targets through systematic follow-ups and timely transaction closures.
  • Conduct 2-3 face-to-face client meetings each day to strengthen partnerships and drive business results.
