The team is hiring a Key Account Manager for the Natural Channel to manage major customer relationships and help drive commercial results across accounts such as Sprouts, KeHe, Whole Foods, and others.
What you'll do
You will lead cross-functional efforts to deliver performance against business and financial targets, guide annual planning, and negotiate yearly agreements that support execution and growth. The role also requires deep customer expertise to solve complicated issues and keep annual objectives on track.
- Own direct business management for the assigned customer channel and serve as the main strategic lead.
- Manage key accounts including Sprouts, KeHe, Whole Foods, and additional customers as assigned.
- Build the long-term and short-term commercial direction for the accounts.
- Use prior joint business planning experience to shape effective customer planning models.
- Run annual planning and execution with customers and bottlers while tracking revenue, volume, share, trade spend, and travel & entertainment budgets.
- Work with senior leadership and cross-functional partners to create annual plans that support both immediate and long-range goals.
- Lead yearly negotiations to secure partnership agreements aligned with company priorities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop customer selling stories and improve assortment, shelving, pricing, merchandising, and innovation outcomes.
- Monitor account performance, identify gaps in plans, and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop senior-level external relationships with major customers to strengthen BODYARMOR's market position.
- Take part in system routines such as CCLT and customer core team meetings, sharing account updates, targets, and action plans.
- Collaborate with Coca-Cola NAOU and bottler customer leads to improve joint plans and execution.
- Maintain strong working relationships with BODYARMOR and bottler teams to keep customer priorities aligned.
- Share ongoing results and opportunities with BODYARMOR leadership.
- Join key cross-functional meetings to ensure smooth execution of customer programs and initiatives.
- Contribute customer input to marketing, commercial, and innovation planning.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience is needed.
- At least 5 years of national account management experience is required.
- Previous ownership of joint business planning processes is required.
- Demonstrated success in building strategic, collaborative relationships with national retailers is required.
- You should be able to analyze syndicated data and turn it into clear, fact-based recommendations and storytelling.
- Strong working knowledge of Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is expected, along with solid analytical capability.
- Understanding of Nielsen/IRI syndicated data is important.
- About 50% travel is required by air and car.
- You must attend in person at bi-annual company retreats or meetings.
- A valid driver's license is required, along with the ability to drive long distances.
- Your Motor Vehicle Record must meet company driving policy standards.

Compensation and benefits
The target base pay range for this position in the United States is USD 103,000 to USD 121,000 per year. Actual pay may differ based on location, role-related expertise, skills, and experience.
