Role Overview
This senior position calls for a commercially minded and collaborative leader who can guide a team, lift performance across major channels, and influence strategy. The role is focused on protecting and expanding market position, building strong relationships, spotting growth opportunities, and responding to changing customer needs and emerging market trends.

About You
The ideal candidate will bring solid sales experience, preferably from a large key account or senior sales environment. Success in this role will come from combining commercial judgement, strategic thinking, and the ability to work effectively across a complex multi-channel business.
You should be comfortable managing key accounts, contracts, and pricing, while also influencing stakeholders and communicating clearly. A strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behaviour, and business trends is essential, along with the maturity and resilience needed to operate in a large, high-share organisation.
