Responsibilities

• Ensure all areas used for food preparation, including ovens, grills, sinks, and stoves, are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
• Receive and store deliveries of food and equipment in their designated areas.
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitization of work surfaces, floors, and walls.
• Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling and washing ingredients.
• Keep freezers, refrigerators, storage areas, and back-of-house spaces clean and organized.
