- Cycle-to-work scheme with savings of up to 40% on bicycles.
- Healthcare cash plans covering dental, optical, medical, and more from £5 per month.
- Referral rewards of up to £1,500 for successful introductions.
- Provided uniform.
- Wellness and campaign-day activities throughout the year, including Pay Day treats, National Popcorn Day, Mental Health Awareness Week, and more.
- Wagestream access, allowing you to monitor earnings, draw up to 50% of wages already earned, and manage money more flexibly.
- Complimentary dinner, bed, and breakfast stays on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th work anniversaries.
- Employee support through a free, confidential 24/7 assistance programme for you and your family.
- Volunteer leave: 2 paid days per year to support sustainable charities.
