Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position in Singapore is for an L1 Helpdesk Support team member who can provide basic IT assistance and deliver a strong service experience. The role suits someone who enjoys helping people, can stay organized, and is willing to learn even without a technical background.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle first-line support for internal users mainly through email, with phone support as needed.
  • Register, monitor, and close support cases while keeping them moving toward resolution in a timely manner.
  • Route issues to the relevant technical team when the matter needs higher-level expertise.
  • Work through simple troubleshooting tasks and common issues such as login difficulties and email access problems.
  • Keep service request details and communication history accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain a consistently helpful customer service approach and complete follow-ups promptly.

Requirements

  • No prior technical experience is necessary, as onboarding and training will be provided.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with a good interpersonal approach.
  • Careful attention to detail and the ability to follow standard procedures.
  • Basic familiarity with computers and email systems will be useful.
  • Comfort working both independently and collaboratively with a team.
  • Applicants must be Singaporean.
