Role Overview

This position is for an L1 Support / Webmaster based in Singapore and working onsite at the client location. The role is a full-time opportunity focused on website maintenance, support operations, and coordination through ticketing workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle routine website updates on a day-to-day basis, including publishing content, images, and web pages through a content management system.
  • Use web analytics tools to track traffic patterns and monitor site performance.
  • Manage incoming tickets by reviewing, prioritizing, escalating, and resolving them according to agreed service levels.
  • Maintain a structured knowledge base that documents systems, workflows, and common queries.

Experience and Skills Needed

The ideal candidate should have practical experience with content updates on websites, familiarity with analytics tools, and exposure to ticket handling within SLA-driven support environments. Experience with CMS platforms similar to GovTech Optical and ticketing systems such as JIRA will be useful.
