About the Role

A reputable, Northland-based landscaping company specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects is seeking enthusiastic entry-level and intermediate landscapers for their Kaitaia branch. Responsibilities

• Execute hard and soft landscaping tasks according to project plans and company standards.
• Perform garden maintenance duties, ensuring high-quality results.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project goals.
• Work independently on assigned tasks, demonstrating initiative and efficiency.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.

Requirements

• Possession of a valid driver's license and steel-capped safety boots is mandatory.
• Must be physically fit and strong to handle the demands of landscaping work.
• Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
• Excellent English communication skills are essential.
• Previous experience in horticulture and/or hard and soft landscaping is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of horticulture principles is beneficial.
• A qualification in horticulture or landscaping is a plus, but not strictly required for candidates with the right attitude and potential.
• A keen, long-term interest in pursuing a career in landscaping.
• An eye for detail and a commitment to high standards in all tasks.
• Professional presentation suitable for a high-end service company.
• Willingness to learn new skills and share existing knowledge.
