Language Teacher - AI Trainer

Role overview

This position is for an experienced language teacher who can assist in training AI systems. The work focuses on assessing chatbot progress, checking how well the models reason, and helping improve response quality through careful evaluation and problem-solving.

The role requires advanced linguistics knowledge and the ability to interact with chatbots in both Arabic and English. You will also create original conversation examples to guide the models toward better answers.

Key responsibilities

• Present AI chatbots with varied, challenging prompts and assess how they respond.
• Review model output for accuracy, logic, and overall performance.
• Hold conversations with chatbots in Arabic and English to test and measure progress.
• Write fresh conversation examples that help teach the models appropriate responses.

Working arrangement

This is an independent contractor role. You can choose the projects you take on and decide when to work. The work is done on your own computer and can be performed from home. Projects are paid on an hourly basis starting at USD 25 per hour, with higher bonus rates available on some assignments.

Eligibility and qualifications

• Applicants must be fluent in both English and Arabic.
• A strong eye for detail is required.
• Solid writing and grammar skills are expected.
• Expert-level knowledge of linguistics is needed.
• A bachelor's degree that is current, in progress, or completed is preferred, though it is not mandatory.
• Only candidates based in the UAE will be considered.

Payment and other notes

Compensation is processed through PayPal, including any currency conversion from USD. No payment or fee will ever be requested from applicants. This opportunity is strictly for independent contractors.
