Laundry Attendant

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and self-driven laundry professional to support hotel operations and help ensure guests receive timely laundry service delivered to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all hotel and laundry department policies, procedures, and work standards.
• Carry out daily tasks carefully and efficiently to maintain consistent quality.
• Handle and maintain the flat iron properly during use.
• Process food and beverage linen through the flat iron as required.
• Fold bed linens and towels according to the hotel’s standards.
• Take on any additional duties assigned by supervisors or senior team members.
• Stay fully aware of fire and safety procedures and comply with them at all times.

Education, Qualifications & Experience

A vocational background in laundry operations is preferred, along with prior experience in a comparable hotel laundry role. Strong English communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude are essential.
