About the role

This position is based at a hotel complex in Doha’s business district, close to major banks and within easy reach of Hamad International Airport, Museum of Islamic Arts, and Souq Waqif. The property includes 378 guestrooms and suites at Crowne Plaza and 307 guestrooms at Holiday Inn, both designed with modern comforts and high-speed wireless internet.

Key duties
- Support laundry operations under the supervision of the Laundry Manager.
- Carry out wash cycles, fold linen neatly, and store items in the correct place.
- Handle guest laundry, pressing, and related garment care services.
- Separate damaged or heavily soiled linen, place it in designated bags, and ensure proper disposal.
- Use cleaning chemicals safely and store them in line with procedures.
- Flag maintenance concerns and potential hazards promptly.
- Follow hotel rules on security, fire safety, and health and safety compliance.
