  • Ensure compliance with Hyatt and Miraval standards, hygiene requirements, and operating procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety across laundry and uniform areas.
  • Monitor the use of laundry chemicals and ensure they are stored and handled correctly.

  • Support cost-saving efforts while protecting service quality.
  • Assist with forecasting linen and uniform needs based on occupancy and operational requirements.
  • Handle guest laundry requests with professionalism, confidentiality, and within the expected turnaround time.
  • Respond quickly to guest and colleague requests, concerns, and special garment care needs.
  • Provide courteous, personal, and caring service that reflects Miraval’s mindful hospitality approach.
  • Follow the Colleague Handbook and all hotel policies related to fire safety, hygiene, health, safety, and wellbeing.
  • Arrive on time, wear the correct uniform and name badge, and maintain a professional appearance and hygiene at all times.
  • Maintain positive working relationships across all departments.
  • Attend and contribute to meetings, learning sessions, and hotel initiatives.
  • Support Hyatt and Miraval operating standards and brand expectations.
  • Take on other reasonable tasks and secondary duties assigned by the Executive Housekeeper.
