What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcome customers, handle register transactions, and support cashier duties.
• Recommend products and make helpful purchase suggestions.
• Support food service activities when needed.
• Take on shift-leading duties to gain early management experience.
• Work across different areas of the store, both inside and outside, to help maintain presentation and operational standards.
• Deliver prompt, courteous service and help keep the store running smoothly.

Experience and Background

Prior retail or customer service experience is helpful, along with any exposure to sales, cashiering, or entry-level leadership. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and a willingness to learn and grow is important.

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand or walk for as long as 8 hours.
• Can lift or carry up to 30 pounds from the ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes during a shift.
• Can occasionally lift or carry up to 60 pounds from the ground to waist level.
• Can push or pull with arm force of up to 20 pounds.
• Can bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
• Can grasp, reach, and handle items by hand; the work may also involve ladder use to store or retrieve materials and place or remove signs.
