Role Overview

Adani Natural Resources is hiring a Lead - Data & AI for its Ahmedabad, Gujarat office. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role focused on shaping the organization’s data and AI direction, strengthening platform dependability, and driving measurable business value through analytics and intelligent solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and align the AI roadmap with business goals and enterprise priorities.
• Improve the dependability and operational stability of the data platform.
• Deliver analytics initiatives that support decision-making and business outcomes.
• Monitor and enhance the performance of AI-based solutions in production.
• Ensure models remain accurate, stable, and reliable over time.
• Advance MLOps practices to improve deployment, monitoring, and maintenance maturity.
• Promote innovation by identifying and developing new data and AI use cases.
• Focus on realizing tangible value from data, analytics, and AI investments.

Educational Qualifications

• A graduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a closely related field is required.
• A postgraduate qualification in Data Science, AI, OR, or Computer Vision is preferred.

Professional Experience

• Overall experience of 8 to 15+ years in data, analytics, operations research, AI, or digital roles within enterprise or regulated environments.
• Practical exposure to analytics execution, AI/OR model development, and data platform work is expected.
