Role overview
This position is for a Lead Generation Specialist who will focus on finding, researching, checking, and improving lead data across several channels. The work is centered on accurate data, automation, and targeting prospects with strong purchase intent. It is best suited to someone who combines analytical thinking, tool expertise, and practical demand-generation experience in sales or marketing agencies.
What you will do
- Find, research, and assess potential customers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Seamless.ai, and other enrichment platforms.
- Keep CRM records organized, accurate, and up to date so the pipeline remains healthy and reporting stays reliable.
- Use advanced Excel functions for lead analysis, reporting, and data handling.
- Build and refine lead lists using high-intent search terms, trend signals, and ideal customer profile targeting.
- Carry out data scraping work in a responsible and effective manner to improve prospect information.
- Prepare and run email campaigns while paying attention to delivery rates and engagement.
- Use automation and system integrations to simplify workflows across CRM, marketing, and sales tools.
- Assist with multi-channel outreach efforts and make sure they support client goals.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of lead generation experience, ideally in a sales or marketing agency environment.
- Practical experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Seamless.ai.
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning, and reporting.
- Solid knowledge of CRM platforms, data quality practices, and pipeline management.
- Exposure to RevOps-related work such as automation, integrations, and workflow setup.
- Comfort with scraping methods and ethical data collection practices.
- Good grasp of high-intent search behavior, keyword strategy, and targeting methods.
- Experience with email campaign setup and optimization is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational abilities.
- Capable of working independently, handling multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines in a busy setting.
- Additional advantage: experience with other enrichment tools and APIs.
- Additional advantage: familiarity with sales engagement platforms such as Salesloft or HubSpot.
Additional information
The role is based in the District of Pristina, Kosovo and is a full-time, onsite position.
