- Handle full execution from ideas and creative development through logistics, production, branding, and on-site delivery.

- Track budgets and oversee financial management for GBX MENA initiatives.
- Evaluate event return on investment and improve future outcomes while staying aligned with company goals.
Skills and Capabilities
- Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate clearly with senior leaders.
- Advanced negotiation ability and familiarity with vendor, venue, and agency agreements.
- Established connections within Riyadh and Saudi Arabia’s events and entertainment network.
- Experience with partner-led activations and working through legal and contractual requirements.
- Excellent organization skills for handling several complex projects at once.
- High attention to detail in creative, production, and brand delivery work.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and perform well in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong understanding of regional cultural moments and industry developments.

Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience producing and managing large-scale events or experiential activations.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background supporting sales and advertising efforts in a technology, media, or production setting.
- Proven success creating culturally relevant and innovative brand activations.
- Strong commercial understanding of how events contribute to revenue.
- Genuine enthusiasm for the Snapchat brand and its community.
