Job description
Role Overview
This position leads marketing communication for Adani Hospitality Division, with responsibility for shaping a strong corporate identity, ensuring brand consistency, and supporting both internal and external communications across the business and related group entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, refine, and safeguard the corporate brand identity for Adani Hospitality Division.
- Apply Adani Group branding and communication standards consistently across documents, presentations, briefs, events, digital assets, external communication, and internal messages.
- Create branded templates, messaging frameworks, and communication guidelines for AHD teams.
- Manage internal communication for hospitality, including updates, strategy notes, asset briefs, leadership messages, project milestones, and internal announcements.
- Ensure communication remains aligned across AHD, AOC teams (Realty, CSD, NMDPL), airports, and operators.
- Support leadership communications such as review decks, board presentations, and internal reports.
- Prepare external corporate communication materials, including approved press notes, investor or partner communication, stakeholder briefing documents, and corporate hospitality updates.
- Coordinate with Adani Group Corporate Communications to make sure all external messaging follows group-level standards.
- Monitor media coverage, news, and sector developments across hospitality, tourism, aviation-linked hospitality, operator and brand movements, and mixed-use or hotel investment trends.
- Prepare regular intelligence summaries for leadership and identify possible reputational risks or narratives that may need proactive communication.
- Support portfolio-level communication needs such as brand evaluation exercises, operator negotiations, asset takeover notes, PIP communication, and stakeholder updates.
- Develop messaging structures for sensitive or complex topics, including asset transitions, brand changes, project delays, and compliance-related issues.
- Draft, edit, and improve strategy documents, chairman/promoter review decks, hospitality presentations, asset performance updates, and departmental communications.
- Keep all content polished, coherent, compliant, and aligned with the brand.
- Coordinate with operator brand teams to ensure Adani Hospitality is represented correctly in joint press releases, public statements, co-branded materials, and launch communications.
- Provide oversight so Adani’s brand, commitments, and positioning are reflected accurately, without owning hotel-level marketing strategy.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Brand Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Digital Marketing, Branding, or Content Strategy are preferred.
- Experience or certification in hospitality marketing is an added advantage.
- Exposure to luxury or service-sector brands will be beneficial.
