Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Licensing Officer in Dubai. The role focuses on handling end-to-end medical licensing activities across DHA, DOH, MOH, QCHP, and SCFHS processes, with responsibilities spanning preparation, verification, processing, tracking, and final license issuance.

Key Duties

• Oversee licensing workflows for SCFHS, UAE, DHA, DOH, and MOH, including credentialing and examination-related steps.
• Prepare, check, submit, monitor, and follow up on licensing applications until completion.
• Reach out to clients promptly to ensure all required documents are submitted on time.
• Review Dataflow and licensing requirements, then guide applicants within the applicable rules and timelines.
• Coordinate with clients through clear, professional, and approachable communication to keep documentation moving smoothly.
• Contribute to internal quality improvement initiatives.
• Safeguard client and company information by maintaining strict confidentiality.

Required Profile

• Hands-on experience with licensing processes for SCFHS, UAE, DHA, DOH, and MOH, including credentialing and examinations.
• Proactive and self-driven work style.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good interpersonal ability and a customer-focused mindset.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must be based in Dubai.
