Role overview
The company is looking for a seasoned and motivating Life Coach Manager to guide the coaching function and oversee personal development programs. In this role, you will support coaches, shape coaching frameworks, and help ensure the delivery of effective, high-quality services that drive measurable progress for clients.
Key responsibilities
- Manage, guide, and support a team of life coaches and personal development specialists.
- Create and refine coaching programs, methods, and best-practice approaches.
- Take part in coaching sessions and offer direction on personal and professional growth topics.
- Help clients with goal setting, motivation, mindset development, and performance improvement.
- Track coaching results and assess how well programs are working.
- Work with leadership on wellness, growth, and development initiatives.
- Make sure coaching services remain professional, ethical, and client-focused.
- Deliver training, feedback, and development support for coaching staff.
- Keep accurate records, reports, and performance data related to coaching activities.
- Stay updated on coaching trends, behavioral development practices, and industry standards.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Human Resources, Education, Business, or a closely related area is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in coaching, mentoring, counseling, training, or personal development.
- Preferably 2 or more years in a leadership or management position.
- A professional coaching certification from a recognized body is strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening abilities.
- Ability to encourage and support people from varied backgrounds.
- Strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience building and running coaching programs or training initiatives.
- Good organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
- Comfort working independently in a remote setup.
