Role overview

This is a full-time, on-site logistics role based in Kanchipuram for a fresher. The position involves coordinating shipments, managing transportation, and supporting export-related documentation and follow-ups.

Key responsibilities

• Organize transport for both domestic dispatches and export consignments.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and shipping lines to ensure smooth movement of goods.
• Draft and manage shipment paperwork such as invoices, packing lists, and bill of lading details.
• Monitor shipments and keep delivery updates current.
• Work closely with the warehouse and packing staff to align dispatch activities.
• Coordinate follow-ups with transporters and clearing agents.
• Keep accurate logistics records and routine reports.
• Use basic knowledge of logistics processes and export documentation to support daily operations.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners.
