About the Company

Satsaco Group is expanding as a logistics and supply chain solutions provider and is in the middle of a major shift from a conventional 3PL setup to a fully integrated 4PL partnership model. The business delivers end-to-end supply chain services designed to improve efficiency, visibility, and the overall customer experience across a range of industries.

As the company grows its capabilities and service portfolio, it is seeking motivated professionals to help drive the next stage of its logistics transformation.

Role Overview

The Logistics Manager will take ownership of day-to-day logistics and supply chain activities, support customer service delivery, and help steer operational improvements as the organisation advances its 4PL journey.

Responsibilities

  • Direct daily logistics and supply chain activities across warehousing, transport, inventory management, and distribution to ensure smooth execution.
  • Track operational results and keep performance aligned with service, cost, and productivity goals.
  • Review KPIs and introduce process enhancements that raise efficiency and service quality.
  • Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain end-to-end supply chain coordination.
  • Contribute to the company’s move from 3PL to 4PL by supporting integrated logistics models and transformation efforts.
  • Maintain adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality requirements.
  • Manage the customer service function to deliver strong responsiveness and high customer satisfaction.
  • Define service standards, escalation workflows, and client communication practices.
  • Serve as a main escalation contact for operational and service-related issues and help strengthen client relationships.
  • Partner with customers to understand their needs and provide logistics solutions that add value.
  • Review customer service metrics, service delivery levels, and client feedback to drive ongoing improvements.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop staff in operations and customer service.
  • Create a team culture built on ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Support manpower planning, performance reviews, and employee development activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve logistics networks, workflows, and supply chain processes.
  • Take part in digitalisation and system enhancement projects that improve visibility and control.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives tied to 4PL capability building, customer integration, and supply chain optimisation.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 to 8 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
  • Background in leading customer service teams in a logistics or supply chain setting.
  • Solid knowledge of 3PL and 4PL operating models.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage performance effectively.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
  • Exposure to WMS, TMS, ERP, or similar logistics platforms will be considered an advantage.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing business environment.
  • Experience in supply chain transformation or integrated logistics solutions is preferred.
  • Knowledge of supply chain optimisation and continuous improvement methods is preferred.
  • Familiarity with regional or international freight and distribution operations is preferred.
