Role Overview
The company is hiring a Lot Attendant to support vehicle organization, presentation, movement, and general lot upkeep. This is an onsite position based in Brampton, Ontario, Canada, with pay set at $18 per hour.
What You Will Do
- Move and park vehicles across the lot in a way that uses space efficiently and keeps the dealership looking neat and orderly.
- Check vehicles regularly for cleanliness and flag any damage or concerns to the right team members.
- Make sure each vehicle displays the correct pricing and other required labels or details.
- Assist with vehicle deliveries by washing and fueling vehicles before the scheduled handoff.
- Support dealer trades and other driving-related tasks as needed.
- Handle routine lot upkeep such as sweeping, removing trash, and clearing snow during bad weather.
- Operate vehicles with standard transmission when required.
- Interact professionally with customers and support positive customer relations.
What We Are Looking For
- A diligent, well-organized person who can work outdoors throughout the year in varying weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to careful, accurate work.
- Comfort operating both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Good time management, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- At least 1 year of prior detailing experience.
- A valid Ontario driver’s license with more than 3 years of driving experience.
- A clean driver’s abstract.
