The Lounge Supervisor will oversee front-of-house activity at Heathrow Airport while the lounge is open, working closely with the kitchen to make sure all service and quality standards are consistently maintained. The role also supports broader operational management when needed and includes participation in food and beverage service delivery as part of the attendant team.
Key duties

- Handle timesheets and support payroll administration.
- Place orders for food, beverages, and other supplies using the company ordering platform.
- Coordinate with the Lounge Manager and other Supervisors on day-to-day operations.
- Work with laundry services to manage lounge linen requirements.
- Order cleaning materials and related consumables.
- Oversee staff performance and provide training where required.
- Deal with customer complaints and investigate service issues.
- Carry out daily audits and maintain stock control.
- Ensure food temperatures comply with health and safety regulations.
Candidate profile
This position calls for a hospitality professional with at least 3 years of supervisory experience. The successful candidate should be confident in leading a team, allocating work effectively, and keeping staff aligned during busy service periods. A strong guest-service mindset, the ability to resolve concerns calmly, and clear spoken and written communication are essential.
The role also requires someone who can spot operational problems quickly, stay organised across several priorities, and maintain a sharp eye for presentation and standards. Experience with budgeting, inventory control, financial awareness, food and beverage knowledge, food safety, conflict handling, and staff training is important. Flexibility and teamwork are also key, as the role must adapt to changing service demands.
Additional information
This is an on-site role. The pay rate is £15.00 per hour. Benefits include referral rewards through the Refer a Friend scheme, free on-site meals, access to in-house training, the chance to contribute ideas in a business open to innovation, career growth opportunities in the UK and overseas, and the opportunity to represent a leading name in luxury gourmet entertainment.
