Role overview
Agincare is looking for an experienced Maintenance Person to join the friendly and specialist support team at Henlow care home in a role that offers meaningful work and the chance to apply practical maintenance skills every day.
Work location
You will be based at Henlow Court care home in Gloucestershire.

What you need
- At least 12 months remaining on your right to work
- Availability for 36 hours per week, including alternate weekends
- Your own vehicle for travel
- Prior experience in a maintenance role
Key duties
- Look after the upkeep of the building and outdoor areas while following health and safety standards
- Carry out repair work such as painting, decorating, grounds maintenance, plastering, and fixing doors and windows
- Work with the head office team when an issue needs to be passed to an external contractor
- Keep the care home safe for residents at all times
- Make sure all tasks are completed and properly documented in line with legal and regulatory rules
