Role Overview
A property management company in Gainesville is looking for a Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community. This position is focused on keeping the property in good working order through routine repairs, upkeep, and general maintenance tasks.
Key Duties
- Carry out everyday repair and maintenance work across the property.
- Handle basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting tasks as needed.
