Role overview

This maintenance position supports daily restaurant operations by keeping guest and crew areas in good working order, helping with deliveries and stock replenishment, and making sure equipment and building systems are checked regularly. The role also plays an important part in maintaining food safety and storage standards.

Compensation and benefits

Key duties

• Keep customer-facing and employee-accessible spaces clean, orderly, and well maintained.
• Unload incoming deliveries and assist with restocking essential supplies.
• Carry out routine checks on equipment and building systems for maintenance and safety.
• Help ensure that maintenance practices meet high standards for food safety and proper storage.
