About the Role

eSense Consulting is seeking a resourceful and ambitious Management Consultant to strengthen its growing team. This role is best suited to someone with practical consulting exposure in Saudi Arabia, solid delivery discipline, and the ability to turn detailed analysis into concise outputs that senior leaders can act on. What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of consulting assignments spanning strategy, operations, and organizational development, while providing hands-on support across each phase of delivery.
• Build and manage project schedules, track deliverables, and keep timelines, milestones, and stakeholder expectations aligned.
• Regularly follow up with clients and internal stakeholders to monitor action items, remove roadblocks, and sustain forward progress.
• Develop clear reports, presentations, and dashboards that present findings in a way that works for both technical teams and executive audiences.
• Create polished PowerPoint presentations and Word-based documents for workshops, steering committee discussions, and board-level updates.
• Carry out structured research, collect and analyze data, and use those insights to shape recommendations and business cases.
• Run client meetings, workshops, and working sessions, while documenting decisions, owners, and next steps.
• Foster strong client relationships through consistent communication, professionalism, and dependable delivery.
• Contribute to business development efforts by drafting proposals and supporting capability presentations.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of consulting experience with a well-known firm operating in Saudi Arabia, such as a Big 4 practice, strategy boutique, or regional advisory company.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects end to end, including planning, execution, and closure within agreed scope and timelines.
• Strong persistence in following up on tasks and keeping stakeholders updated so work continues moving ahead.
• Excellent written communication and report-building skills, with the ability to produce crisp, structured, and visually strong documents.
• Advanced PowerPoint expertise, including the ability to build executive-level presentations from a blank file.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation, analysis, and reporting tasks.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline; an MBA or relevant master’s degree is an advantage.
• Familiarity with tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Monday.com is preferred.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboards and data visualization is a plus.
• Awareness of Vision 2030 initiatives and the Saudi market context is desirable.
• Ability to handle several workstreams at once while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Strong analytical thinking, excellent attention to detail, and confidence working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and stay effective under pressure.
