Role overview
Penspen is hiring a Manager - Contracts to support a gas processing project based in Abu Dhabi.
Qualifications
- An engineering degree in any discipline is required.
Experience profile
- A total of at least 20 years of professional experience is needed.
- Out of this, more than 10 years should be in oil and gas EPC projects.
- The candidate should have previously handled the Contracts Manager position on large oil and gas assignments, ideally within the GCC region.
- Experience with ADNOC projects will be considered an additional advantage.
Core expertise
- Strong understanding of regional legal frameworks, contractual practices, and procedural requirements is expected.
- The role calls for hands-on capability in preparing and negotiating contract terms, managing claims, and applying risk reduction measures.
