Role Overview

As a Manager - Data Science, you will spearhead client projects, delivering advanced analytical solutions. You will collaborate directly with clients and lead your team in constructing robust solutions to address client business challenges within agreed timelines, utilizing business acumen, project management skills, and technical expertise.

What You Will Do

• Manage a team and engage in complex, cross-functional analytical and research projects using advanced computational, machine learning, and deep learning algorithms.
• Develop proprietary algorithms to solve intricate business problems, managing substantial volumes of structured and unstructured data.
• Apply knowledge of computer science fundamentals, distributed computing, and machine learning to build scalable analytical solutions.
• Ensure the data science team collaborates effectively with technical and core business teams for the design and development of analytical solutions.
• Integrate business knowledge with statistical and computational techniques to offer actionable business solutions to clients.

Data & Analytics Team

Accordion's Data & Analytics (D&A) team provides state-of-the-art, intelligent solutions to a global clientele. We combine domain expertise, advanced technology tools, and deep analytical capabilities to tackle complex business challenges. Our team partners with Private Equity clients and their Portfolio Companies across sectors like Retail, CPG, Healthcare, Media & Entertainment, Technology, and Logistics.

The D&A team designs and delivers data and analytical solutions aimed at streamlining reporting and improving business insights from vast and complex datasets, covering areas such as Sales, Operations, Marketing, Pricing, and Customer Strategies.
