About the Role
The organization is looking for an experienced Digital Innovation Manager to lead innovation efforts and help shape new products, services, and experiences across the business. This role involves spotting new trends, building innovation approaches, managing frameworks, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver solutions that improve guest experience and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Research emerging technology and innovation trends and compare them against industry benchmarks to identify what is most relevant for the organization.
- Review the existing innovation environment and pinpoint areas where it can be strengthened.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to collect insights and uncover collaboration possibilities.
- Study market movements, industry developments, and proven practices to prioritize innovation opportunities.
- Design and implement innovation strategies that support organizational goals and guest experience priorities.
- Set innovation KPIs and track them to assess the performance and business impact of initiatives.
- Create clear innovation frameworks, workflows, and design principles to guide ideation, development, and testing.
- Assess new concepts for feasibility, business value, and overall impact.
- Prepare rollout plans for new products, services, and experiences, including schedules and resource needs.
- Lead ideation sessions and collaborative workshops with varied stakeholder groups.
- Find ways to improve products, services, and customer journeys through innovation and optimization efforts.
- Run testing and validation activities to sharpen ideas and support implementation success.
- Collect feedback continuously and identify improvement areas to increase value and stakeholder satisfaction.
Qualifications
The role requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Innovation Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Digital Transformation, or a closely related discipline. Candidates should bring 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in Innovation Management, Digital Innovation, Strategy, Product Development, Service Design, or a related field. Experience of driving innovation in large organizations is considered an advantage.
