It also includes audit planning, execution, documentation, and coordination with stakeholders to resolve any issues uncovered.

This role is important for strengthening procurement controls, supporting operational integrity, and reducing compliance-related risk across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with procurement personnel and other stakeholders to ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
  • Draft comprehensive audit reports and communicate audit outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Track procurement compliance patterns and suggest ongoing improvements to processes and controls.
  • Assist in creating and delivering training sessions on procurement compliance and audit awareness.
  • Keep current with applicable legislation, regulations, and accepted industry practices.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in procurement compliance, audit, or a closely related area, ideally in large-scale organizations or major projects.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, or a similar field.

  • Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills, with a careful eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work well across functions.
  • English fluency is mandatory; Arabic proficiency would be an added advantage.
  • Exposure to Saudi Arabia’s regulatory landscape and procurement practices is preferred.
