Job description
Role overview
This position is responsible for shaping, planning, and rolling out the organisation’s training curriculum.
Key duties
- Review operational needs to determine where training is required.
- Create and build training solutions suited to those needs.
- Deliver the training programmes and assess how effective they are.
Challenge area
- Partner with both internal teams and external organisations to strengthen the Training Institute’s learning approach, pedagogy, and transformation efforts.
What the organisation is seeking
- A background in training, design, learning, or development-related studies.
- Preferably at least 3 years of relevant work experience, though candidates without experience may still apply.
- Strong analytical ability and a sound approach to solving problems.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GCIH are an advantage.
