Job description
Role Overview
Progressive Design, Inc. is hiring a Manufacturing Catalog Administrator to support a tobacco industry client as part of the Document Control team. This is a full-time onsite role based in Richmond, Virginia, and the position reports to the Manager of the Documentation Control Group.
What You’ll Do
- Carry out quarterly inventory checks and keep the client’s machine catalog records up to date.
- Manage updates to the client’s Access database.
- Coordinate with client staff to track internal, incoming, and outgoing equipment transfers so the production floor always has the correct documentation.
- Continue building working knowledge of standard office software and practical ways to use it effectively.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle several tasks at once.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to learn quickly.
- High attention to detail.
- Well-developed organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute as a team member.
- Capacity to lift between 25 and 40 lbs.
- Comfortable working in an industrial setting.
- Must be able to clear a background check and drug screening.
- U.S. citizenship is required, along with a valid driver’s license.
