Role Overview

The Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for running day-to-day manufacturing activities and making sure production stays efficient, economical, and aligned with quality expectations. This on-site role in Buraydah requires close coordination with operational teams, active oversight of production planning and process performance, and prompt resolution of issues that could affect output or standards.

Key Duties

  • Plan production activities and coordinate schedules to keep manufacturing output on track.
  • Supervise manufacturing workflows to improve efficiency and control costs.
  • Monitor product quality and support the use of quality assurance practices.
  • Ensure that operations follow safety, performance, and compliance requirements.
  • Work with internal teams to achieve production targets and solve operational bottlenecks.
  • Use manufacturing tools and systems to manage and track production activities.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on knowledge of production planning and production management.
  • Practical understanding of quality control and quality assurance methods.
  • Background in manufacturing operations and broader operations management.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and organizational abilities.
  • Good judgment in solving problems and making decisions under pressure.
  • Solid awareness of health, safety, and environmental rules.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a closely related discipline.
  • Exposure to lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques is preferred.
  • Ability to work with production management software and related tools.
  • Fluent English communication skills; Arabic language ability is an added advantage.

Work Arrangement

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Buraydah, Al Qasim, Saudi Arabia.
