Manufacturing Operator - HRx

Role Overview

This position supports test engineering work in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on hands-on equipment assembly, disassembly, testing, fault diagnosis, and accurate documentation of results.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Test Engineer in carrying out testing and debugging tasks.
• Assemble and dismantle testing devices and equipment by hand, following work instructions, test processes, and planned schedules.
• Go through test expectations and resolve any unclear points before execution.
• Run tests according to the assigned test cases.
• Investigate issues, troubleshoot failures, identify likely root causes, and log defects.
• Capture, organize, and maintain test outcomes in written records.

Requirements

• Higher-Nitec in Engineering or a related discipline is required at minimum.
• At least 1 year of experience in mechanical work or manufacturing/production-related environments.
• Practical experience in debugging and troubleshooting machinery.
