Job description

Role overview

This position is centered on product marketing and plays an important role in shaping how the product is presented in the market. It combines positioning, messaging, launch planning, and go-to-market execution, with close coordination across product, sales, and marketing teams. The job also includes research, campaign management, analytics, and support for ongoing growth initiatives.

What you will do

  • Create clear product positioning, value statements, and messaging that help the product stand out, and put go-to-market plans into action.
  • Carry out market studies, review competitors, and collect customer insights to uncover trends, needs, and opportunities.
  • Partner with product teams to understand new features and roadmap priorities so marketing efforts stay aligned.
  • Prepare and keep regular reports up to date, making sure stakeholders receive them accurately and on time.
  • Enable sales teams with training, tools, and marketing materials that strengthen selling effectiveness.
  • Build product marketing collateral such as pitch decks, case studies, and brochures.
  • Work across product, sales, digital, and brand functions to support campaigns and related initiatives.
  • Design and run digital marketing programs across multiple channels.
  • Plan and oversee promotional activity, including social media and content-focused campaigns.
  • Handle digital marketing tools and CRM platforms to support campaign delivery.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and share campaign and product performance data to improve traffic quality, engagement, and conversion.
  • Deliver external training, help resolve system or process issues, and support enhancements that improve efficiency, adoption, and marketing operations.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or another relevant discipline is required.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with Access is considered an advantage.
  • Ability to work with SQL.
  • About 1–2 years of relevant industry or role experience is preferred.
  • Exposure to SEO and social media marketing will be beneficial.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to develop campaigns and content strategies.
  • Well-developed organization and project management skills, with the ability to balance several initiatives at once.
  • Strong communication and presentation capabilities.
