JazzUpCo is a rapidly expanding home brand based in the US, focused on modern dining and everyday elegance. The company has already reached more than 100,000 customers and is working toward becoming a global, design-led homeware brand. Its product line currently includes flatware and homeware, with household appliances planned for launch soon.

Role Summary

This fully remote role is based in Canada and supports the marketing team with day-to-day execution. It is well suited to someone who likes variety, works efficiently, stays organised, and wants to be a dependable contributor across multiple marketing activities.

What You Will Do

  • Assist with creator outreach, organic partnership coordination, gifting, and influencer communication.
  • Handle fast website changes such as product page edits, banner updates, landing page revisions, and promotional content adjustments.
  • Review marketing emails for accuracy in formatting, links, copy, and visuals.
  • Support organic social media work by scheduling content, organising assets, and helping manage content calendars.
  • Track trends, competitor activity, and content inspiration to support fresh marketing ideas.
  • Step in wherever needed to provide dependable support across the marketing function.
  • Keep learning through feedback, hands-on work, and exposure to fast-moving ecommerce marketing.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent organisation and a strong eye for detail.
  • Ability to juggle several small tasks while remaining proactive.
  • Clear and effective written communication.
  • Comfort with tools such as Shopify, Google Drive, Notion, Canva, and Klaviyo, or a quick willingness to learn them.
  • Interest in ecommerce, branding, social media, and influencer marketing.
  • A dependable, service-oriented approach and a genuine enjoyment of helping the team stay on track.
  • A positive, accountable attitude with a desire to grow.
  • Strong motivation to build something with global reach.
