About the Role
Bondi Sushi has expanded rapidly from a single New York City takeout shop in 2017 to 12 full-service restaurants across three cities, with more locations planned for the coming year. The company is seeking a proactive, resourceful marketing associate to help drive social media, graphic design, and field marketing initiatives.
Social Media and Graphics
- Partner with the marketing team to support creative campaigns across all brand programs.
- Design and update brand visuals as needed for launches, menu changes, and other initiatives.
- Build mood boards and shot lists to support content production requirements.
- Coordinate content planning with store teams, including food, chefs, and on-camera talent.
- Source, evaluate, and oversee influencer partnerships to expand reach and improve conversion.
- Lead bi-weekly content strategy discussions and keep the monthly content calendar aligned with marketing priorities.
- Review and present post-performance analytics to help improve future campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activity and marketing trends.
Field Marketing
- Research and identify relevant outreach targets such as offices, gyms, residential buildings, and hotels, and locate the appropriate contact person.
- Plan, book, and run off-site sampling events.
- Coordinate required promotional materials and track the results of each promotion.
- Develop and execute in-store activations, including product launches and store celebrations.
- Build partnerships with local businesses so Bondi Sushi remains visible to their clients and members.
- Oversee printed store materials such as menus, posters, postcards, and branded signage.
