Role Overview

Geneo is hiring a Marketing & Communications Manager to join the integrated marketing team with a strong focus on consumer marketing, brand expansion, and demand generation. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with a data-led approach, moving fluidly between brand storytelling, digital campaign execution, and program development that supports both provider adoption and consumer interest.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing, this position will be central to increasing awareness and preference for Glo2Facial among consumers while also supporting provider-facing marketing efforts that help clinics attract and retain patients. The role works closely with Social Media, Events, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver a connected experience across consumer and provider touchpoints.

Consumer Marketing and Brand Growth

  • Plan and lead consumer-facing campaigns that grow awareness, consideration, and demand for Glo2Facial.
  • Create educational and motivational content that encourages consumers to seek out Glo2Facial treatments and partner providers.
  • Support acquisition and retention initiatives through email, SMS, paid media, landing pages, and other digital channels.
  • Develop persuasive consumer messaging that clearly explains treatment benefits, results, differentiation, and brand positioning.
  • Work with Social Media to coordinate paid, organic, influencer, and promotional efforts for stronger visibility and engagement.
  • Assist with consumer promotions, seasonal initiatives, treatment-awareness efforts, and product launches.
  • Review consumer behavior, campaign outcomes, and engagement data to improve targeting, messaging, and conversion.
  • Contribute to the customer journey from initial awareness through booking, treatment, and ongoing loyalty.

Copywriting and Content Development

  • Write and refine copy for email, SMS, websites, digital ads, landing pages, and campaign materials while preserving Geneo’s brand voice and clinical credibility.
  • Produce high-performing copy for paid channels such as Google, Meta, Pinterest, YouTube, and newer digital platforms.
  • Develop content that serves both consumer education and provider engagement goals.
  • Use AEO and GEO best practices to strengthen visibility across search engines, AI-powered search tools, and generative answer platforms.
  • Maintain high editorial standards and ensure messaging stays consistent, accurate, and aligned with the brand.

B2B Growth Marketing

  • Support provider marketing programs, sales enablement assets, promotional efforts, and practice growth initiatives.
  • Create collateral, email campaigns, and communications that help providers promote Glo2Facial within their businesses.
  • Partner with Sales on lead generation, nurture sequences, and provider communications.
  • Contribute to trade marketing activity, educational outreach, and communications for industry events.

Marketing Operations and Analytics

  • Own HubSpot workflows, automation, segmentation, and nurture programs across consumer and provider audiences.
  • Build and execute email and SMS campaigns designed to increase engagement, retention, and conversion.
  • Support lead management, MQL tracking, and alignment with sales processes.
  • Create reporting dashboards and evaluate campaign, funnel, and customer performance.
  • Turn marketing data into practical insights that improve results and customer engagement.

Communications and Brand Support

  • Help develop campaign messaging, brand narratives, and outward-facing communications.
  • Update website content so it reflects current campaigns, products, and brand priorities.
  • Draft internal communications for product launches, campaign rollouts, and company announcements.
  • Support communications for events, activations, and experiential marketing efforts.
  • Maintain press kits, fact sheets, brand tools, and marketing assets.
  • Track industry shifts, consumer behavior, competitor activity, and cultural moments to surface new growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in consumer marketing, digital marketing, brand marketing, communications, or a related area.
  • Proven ability to build B2C campaigns focused on awareness, acquisition, engagement, and demand generation.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for consumer and professional audiences.
  • Experience producing marketing content for email, SMS, websites, landing pages, digital ads, and campaign assets.
  • Hands-on experience supporting paid media efforts across Google, Meta, Pinterest, or similar platforms.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot, including workflows, automation, segmentation, email marketing, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, customer journeys, and retention strategy.
  • Ability to interpret marketing metrics and convert findings into clear recommendations.
  • Well organized with strong project management and time management abilities.
  • Comfort managing several priorities independently in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong collaborator who can work effectively with marketing, sales, events, social media, and leadership teams.

Preferred:

  • Background in aesthetics, skincare, beauty, wellness, or healthcare.
  • Experience marketing to both consumers and professional/provider audiences.
  • Familiarity with SEO, AEO, GEO, and evolving AI-driven search optimization practices.
  • Experience with loyalty, retention, or lifecycle marketing programs.
  • Exposure to product launches, experiential marketing, or consumer brand campaigns.
  • Comfort using marketing analytics tools, dashboards, and attribution reporting.
