Job description

Role overview

This is a full-time Marketing Coordinator position in the New York City Metropolitan / Stamford, CT region. The role follows a hybrid setup, with a mix of remote work and periodic on-site attendance.

What you will do

You will support the company’s everyday marketing operations across both digital and print formats. The role includes helping shape campaign plans, keeping the marketing calendar organized, and creating content for a range of channels. You will also assist with the planning and delivery of events, trade shows, and customer visits, including logistics, materials preparation, and in-person support when needed.

In addition, you will work closely with sales and leadership teams to build presentations, proposals, and customer-facing collateral that communicate the company’s strengths and capabilities. The position also involves updating social media and website content, monitoring marketing performance, maintaining CRM information, and coordinating with outside vendors and partners.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and technically accurate marketing material. Prior exposure to sales support is valuable, especially if it includes creating presentations, proposals, and working alongside sales teams.

You should also bring event planning and project management experience, along with the ability to juggle several tasks at once, prioritize effectively, and work to deadlines in a fast-moving environment. Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as social media platforms, email marketing, and basic analytics is preferred.

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a similar field is preferred, though equivalent hands-on experience may also be considered. Strong attention to detail, good organizational habits, and a cooperative, team-focused mindset are important. Exposure to manufacturing or technical sectors such as aerospace, defense, space, medical, semiconductor, or power generation is an added advantage.
