About the Role
This position is ideal for a proactive, energetic marketer who enjoys working with people and helping campaigns come to life. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support both face-to-face and digital marketing efforts while helping create memorable brand experiences.
The role is customer-facing and centered on connecting the brand with its audience through live activations, local events, and consistent on-brand interactions. It is well suited to someone who is organized, outgoing, and excited to build experience in brand marketing in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Help organize and deliver marketing campaigns, community events, and pop-up activations.
- Act as a brand representative at live events by engaging attendees, responding to questions, and explaining products or services.
- Work with internal teams to make sure event activity and marketing plans support broader brand goals.
- Support social media content development, local promotional activities, and campaign performance tracking.
- Maintain and prepare event and marketing assets so branding stays consistent across all customer touchpoints.
- Gather, sort, and summarize customer feedback and event observations to improve future campaigns.
- Bring forward fresh ideas for new activations and audience engagement approaches.
Candidate Profile
- You should be confident, approachable, and comfortable speaking with people in person.
- Strong organization, detail orientation, and time management are important for this role.
- You should be self-motivated and able to perform well in collaborative, fast-paced settings.
- Interest in marketing, communications, brand strategy, or event promotion is preferred.
- Availability for evenings and weekends may be needed during important campaigns and activations.
- You must be able to lift up to 25 lbs when setting up displays or event materials.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a similar subject is preferred but not mandatory.
Background in customer service, retail, hospitality, or events is considered an advantage.
Strong written and spoken communication skills are required.
An interest in brand engagement, storytelling, and customer experience will help you succeed in this role.
